Vor Bürgermeistern, Schöffen und Rat der Stadt Borken verkaufen Winne Buck (Wyne) und seine Ehefrau Margarete den Provisoren der Domvikarien zu Münster, Steffen Tutell und Bernd Kakesbeck, eine jährliche an St. Martin (11.11.) zu leistende Rente von 14 Goldgulden für 280 Gulden. Die Zahlung soll aus dem Gut Rickerdinck im Kirchspiel Weseke "an den Brincke" und aus der vor Bocholt (Boicholdt) zwischen Ubings und Lodewigs Weide gelegenen Weges Weide, sowie aus ihren drei Häusern in Borken erfolgen. Aussteller und Bürgen schwören Währschaft und setzen ihren Besitz als Pfand ein. Es wird ein Widerkaufsrecht zu 280 Gulden vereinbart. Die Aussteller kündigen das Stadtsiegel an.
