Henrich Büninckman an der Rothenburg nach Aegidiikirchhof (vertreten durch Johan Franck), 1610, wegen eines vom Beklagten angelegten Schweinestalles. Rechtsvorgänger des Beklagten waren Johan Brockman und Herman Santes. In seinem Hause hat Johan Mey gewohnt, danach Gertrud zur Bracht, deren Tochter 1598 den Johan Broielman heiratete, dessen 1. Frau Gertrud Dickhaus war. Am 28. April 1610 findet ein Scheffentag statt durch den Syndikus Lic. Henrich Wittfelt und die Scheffen Goddert Bolandt, Bernhard Scholbrock und Thomas Egbers. Als Zeugen werden vernommen: 1) Johan Mey, 80 Jahre alt, hat von 1584 an zehn Jahre im Hause des Beklagten gewohnt; 2) Engele Katmans, 28 Jahre alt; 3) Katrina Mey, Tochter des Johan Mey, 33 Jahre alt; 4) Sparrenmacher Johan Boynck (Boving), 55 Jahre alt, hat im Hause des Beklagten gewohnt; 5) Frau Johan Boynck geb. Alheit Ertman, 50 Jahre alt; 6) Frau Dietrich Kumpman geb. Elisabeth Neuhaus, Schwester des Klägers, 35 Jahre alt, seit 13 Jahren verheiratet. Erwähnt werden Henrich Nilandt, Bernhard Wittfelt und Franz Freitag.
