Frühere Eigentümer des Hauses waren 1530 die Witwe des Herman Bispinck, 1563 Johan Farvick, 1594 die Eheleute Goldschmied Henrich Iserman und Elisabeth Isfording, von denen es der Schuldner kaufte. Der Schuldner hat das Haus verklauft an Berndt Poeck und dessen Ehefrau Klara von Detten.
