Solms bekunden, dass sie in angegebener Weise einen Nebenrezeß zu dem Teilungsvertrag gleichen Datums (Nr. 3885) abgeschlossen haben, in dem insbesondere die Unterhaltung von drei Stipendiaten, die Holzschäden in der Herrschaft Wildenfels, die Schadloshaltung Johann Georgs wegen Ansprüchen der Witwe (Anna v. Solms) betr. die zu Leipzig und Frankfurt hinterlegten Gelder, die Fräuleinausstattung, die Anfertigung eines Aktenverzeichnisses durch den gemeinsamen Sekretär Peter Brander, eine Vollmacht für den Sonnewalder Hauptmann und Rat Heinrich v.
