Vor dem Offizialat des Hofes zu Münster bekennen die Eheleute Rotger van der Ruhr (Ruir) und Richtmoet van Drolshagen mit ihren Kindern Eheleute Ernst, Herr zu Kitzlitz, und Bilia van der Ruir, Berndt, Hinrich und Anna van der Ruer (Ehefrau des Berndtzfeldtz van der Tinnen), dass sie durch den noch schwebenden Prozeß mit Jurgen van Drolshagen thor Luckenbecke und nach seinem Tod mit seiner Witwe Jutta Tilbecke um 5 Stücke Erbes im Kirchspiel Rinkerode (Hoffham, Huißham, Storminck, Hagedorn und Holtkamp) in finanzielle Not geraten sind. Deshalb bewilligt ihnen Johan, Bischof von Münster, die Aufnahme von 300 Talern von Johan und Margarethe Verendorp, unter Verpfändung zweier Felder, beide Storminck Feld genannt, im Kirchspiel Rinkerode, Bauerschaft Hemmer, für jährlich 28 Talern für die Nutzung. Erwähnt: Licentiat Johannes Havichorst, für den, solange er in der Streitsache Adooheit ist, ein Ochse für jährlich 3 Taler weiden soll.
