Zeugen: Johann Linderman und Gerdt Schwarte. Notar: Bernard Brinkhoff (-hupf?). Anlage 2: 6. 12. 1646 Als Erbe des Steffen Hense beauftragt Herman Berkenhoff in Münster den Notar Ansgar Moll in Gegenwart des Gerhard Krechter und des Johan Bischopinck mit der Kündigung des Darlehens gegenüber Hülsbusch. Der Notar führt den Auftrag aus. Zeugen: Notar Heinrich Uphues und …. Johan Borckhorst. Erwähnt werden Johan Schütte und Ludwig Robertinck.
Enthält: Der Rechtsstreit ist anhängig beim Stadtrichter Dr. Bernhard Frickenbeck. Urteilsträger ist der Gerichtsdiener Edo Inckman. Der Kläger verlangt Rückzahlung eines Darlehens, der Beklagte beruft sich auf ein Edikt, nachdem, falls Zinsen gezahlt werden, die Kapitalien zur Zeit nicht verlangt werden könnten. Er wird verurteilt.
