Vor Heinrich Kleihorst, Sohn des verst. Bernd und bischöflicher Richter in der Stadt Münster, verkauft der Münstersche Bürger Bernd Morken für eine Summe Gulden im Wege des Erbkaufs Johannes Nüesmann (nyseman), Bernd Nüesmanns Sohn, wohnhaft im Kirchspiel Steinfurt (Stenfforde) das Gut Norderbe (Nordererve) im Kirchspiel Drensteinfurt (Dreenstenfforde), Bauerschaft Langenhövel (langenhouel = evtl. die spätere Stätte Langenhövel in der Baurschaft Ossenbeck?). Das Eigengut ist frei von Schulden, bis auf zwei Schilling, die jährlich dem Münsterschen Domkapitel (den herren uppen Domhof) zu leisten sind. Verkäufer und Bürgen geloben Währschaft und der Richter und diese kündigen ihre Siegel an.
