Schultheiß Schreiber setzt dem Beklagten eine Frist von 10 Tagen, sofern er nichts zu seiner Rechtfertigung einzubringen hätte, das Geld zu bezahlen. Andernfalls müsse er mit Zwangsvollstreckung rechnen.
