Enthält: Vor Bürgermeister und Rat der Stadt Münster verkaufen Bernhard Loehoff und Henrich Staell als Provisoren des Armenhauses zur Aa dem Christian Groteke und seiner Frau Katharina Knehem, Bürger in Beckum, 1. ein Haus in Beckum auf der Nordstraße zwischen den Häusern des Henrich Gröne und des Kordt Groteke, welches früher Kornelius Luterman gehörte; 2. einen Morgen Land bei Beckum auf dem heiligen Kamp zwischen Land des Johan Fliegge und des Lüdeke Elbers; 3. einen Garten vor dem Westtor Beckums am Lütken Münsterweg. Das Armenhaus zur Aa hatte die Grundstücke in einer Zwangsversteigerung erworben. Auf ihnen lasten folgende Abgaben: 1. ein Pfund Wachs jährlich aus dem Garten für den Vogt von Beckum, 2. 1 1/2 Goldguldenjährliche Pension für den Domherren Kaland in Münster (für 35 Reichstaler), 3. 2 Goldgulden jährliche Rente zugunsten des Armenhauses zur Aa (für 40 Goldgulden).
