Heinrich Warendorf (Hinrick Warendorp), Bürger zu Münster, und seine Frau Wybbeke (Webleke syn echte husfrouwe) verkaufen (dem Priester?) Godert Saggele aus Münster (Goderde Saggele ... Munster) eine auf Maria Lichtmess (alle Jar up de hilligen hochtyd purificatione geheten Lechtmysse; 2. Februar) fällige Rente in Höhe von 4 münsterschen Schillingen (veyr schillinge geldes pennynge to Munster genge und geve) aus ihrem Erbe Walgardinck und dem Zubehör im Kirchspiel Havixbeck (uth eynen erven ... Walgardinck und uth syner alnigen tobehoringe So dat ys belegen in dem kerspele to havikesbeke) für 6 Mark (vor Sessmarck der vorg. munte). Das Erbe ist bereits mit einer Rente von fünfzehn Schillingen und einer münsterschen Mark belastet (viffteyn schilling geldes und eyne marck järlix Rente nach zate der stad Münster). Die Verkäufer geloben Währschaft. Heinrich Warendorf kündigt sein Siegel an.
