Enthält: Urkunde Nr. 3 (a und b): Bürgermeister und Rat in Münster sowie Evert Bischopinck zu Bispinck erklären: Die Witwe Bischopinck zu Bispinck, geb. Anna von Langen, die Mutter des Evert Bischopinck, hat in ihrem Testament ein Haus nebst Garten im Kirchspiel Ludgeri gegenüber der Elende zu Aegidii und eine jährliche Rente von 10 Gulden bestimmt für ein Armenhaus, in das alte freie Leute und Dienstvolk, das nicht mehr arbeiten kann, aufgenommen werden sollen. Provisoren sollen ein Ratsherr und der jeweilige Besitzer des Hauses Bispinck sein. Inzwischen sind von gutherzigen Leuten weitere Renten geschenkt. Das Haus ist restauriert, acht Kammern sind geschaffen. Nunmehr wird die Stiftung von Bürgermeister und Rat und Evert Bischopinck förmlich errichtet. Acht Frauen sollen aufgenommen werden, das neue Haus soll dieselben Rechte haben wie die schon bestehenden Armenhäuser. Alter- und Meisterleute sind einverstanden.
