Vermerke (Urkunde): (Voll-) Regest: Das so genannte Hotzfelder Gut zu Halsdorf [Ortsteil der Gem. Wohratal, Lkr. Marburg-Biedenkopf] bei Rauschenberg als Mannlehen, von dem jährlich ein halber Dienstwagen zu fahren und 24 Albus Dienstgeld, 20 Albus Bede und sechs Albus sowie drei Heller Stephansgeld wie auch siebeneinhalb Mesten Gulden Weizen und viereinhalb Mesten Diensthafer in die Renterei zu Rauschenberg zu geben sind. Das Lehen hatten ehemals die Vorfahren der 1706 Belehnten zu Lehen getragen, aber einige Male nicht anerkannt (recognoscirt). Die Belehnung erfolgt daher (ex nova gratia).
