Bruststück nach links gewandt, den Kopf im Viertelprofil, Blick nach vorn, mit Halbglatze, Schnurr- und spitzem Kinnbart, Halskrause, hochgeschlossenem Wams, Mantel mit hochgeschlagenem, verziertem Kragen, vor teilweise parallel liniertem Hintergrund und in ovaler Rollwerkrahmung, eingepasst in eine größere Rollwerkrahmung mit zahlreichen Menschen- und Tierköpfen sowie Früchtegirlanden, oben eine Inschriftentafel mit dem Namen des Dargestellten und der Ortsangabe. Unter dem Porträfeld zwei lateinische Distichen.
Bemerkung: Auf Vorder- und Rückseite der Besitzstempel des Gregor Kraus.; Auf der Rückseite italienische Verse von Giulio Cesare Cortese.
