Enthält: 50.Auf Ersuchen des Gerhard Erpenbeck, Vikars an St. Rochus und St. Antonius, begibt sich der Notar Johannes Langen zu Albert Hülßman [sic] und fragt ihn, ob er nicht vor vielen Jahren, als das Mühlenschüttwerk zu Telgte gemacht worden sei, am Hof des Vikarienhauses das Ufer an der Ems von Borghoffs Hof bis an Harden Kemmer mit neuen Pfählen und Zaunholz versehen hätte, und dies auf Geheiß des damaligen Einwohners Heinrich Beestmann. – Derselbe antwortet bejahend und sagt, der damalige Einwohner des Vikarienhauses habe ihn zu der Arbeit genommen und er hätte die Arbeit von der einen bis zur anderen Stelle wie beschrieben erledigt, sein Arbeitslohn sei ihm durch den erwähnten Beestmann bezahlt worden. Damals sei der verstorbene Berheide Vikar gewesen Zeugen A[...] Everts [und] Johann Letmathe. Geschehen zu Telgte im Alten Armenhaus in der Kammer des Hülßmann.
