Enthält: Im Vordergrund rechts ist am Ufer (der heutigen Riva Antonio Caccia) das im Jahr der Aufnahme eröffnete Hotel Bellevue au lac zu sehen, das 1897 an Stelle eines Palazzo errrichtet wurde, der zwischen Mai 1892 und April 1894 die "Esposizione Permanente delle belle arti" (s. Foto Nr. 023_007) und im Anschluss die "Brasserie internationale" (s. Foto Nr. 042a_022) beherbergte.
