Enthält: Michael Kurffgen bittet das Gericht mehrfach um Mithilfe bei der Abwehr von Pfändungskosten. Sein Sohn Johann Otto Kurffgen und Ehefrau hatten 1729 ohne sein Wissen und Einverständnis einen Morgen Land am Finger Feld und eine Holzgewalt belastet und dem Stift St. Gereon überschrieben. Das Grundstück war aber durch ihn, Michael Kurffgen, bereits an Gottfried Dapper versetzt, der nun die Erstattung der Versetzungskosten fordert. Es zeigt sich, dass der Sohn ohne Wissen des Vaters und seiner Geschwister und Miterben auch andere Grundstücksgeschäfte getätigt hatte und dadurch in Schwierigkeiten kam, die Unterpfänder einzuhalten. Michael Kurffgen, der seinem Sohn die Entfremdung seines Erbteils vorwirft, verweist die Gegenpartei auch an diesen, sich ihre "satisfaction" zu holen.
