Enthält: Schultheiß und Schöffen des Stadt- und Hauptgerichts Düren (Ausfertigung durch Gerichtsschreiber J.M. de Saive) schreiben an den Schultheißen der Reichsherrschaft Kerpen, Schreiber. In einem bei ihnen anhängigen Rechtsstreit zwischen Wilhelm Hecker auf der einen und der Witwe von Günther Krahe und Merten Heper auf der anderen Seite (anscheinend um einen Grundstückserwerb) soll auch der in Lommersum wohnende Peter Firmenich als Ankäufer bei der Witwe Krahe Zeugnis geben. Sie bitten das Kerpener Gericht, den Zeugen "praeviis requisitis generalibus ordinationis" anzuhören und ihnen das Protokoll zuzustellen.
