Hans Schmitt, Schatzmeister und Ratsherr, bisher Vormund, jetzt Anwalt seines Vetters Philipp Bernhard, nachgelassenen Sohns Adam Peter Rößings, Zollschreibers zu Lahnstein, bekennt, daß nach dem Tod der Katharina, Ww. Melchior Riehmen, kurmainzischen Kellers zu Algesheim, ihre Erben am 26.10.1609 dem Gewaltboten zu Mainz, Johann Jakob v. Wacholdt, das Gut (an Haus, Hof und Grundstücken) zu Geisenheim im Rheingau um 3500 fl. verkauft haben. Dieser Besitz ist für 3000 fl. geliehenes Kapital dem Philipp Bernhard Rößing verpfändet. Hans Schmidt quittiert nun als dessen Anwalt den Empfang von 1737 fl. 12 Albus den Gebrüdern Hans Peter und Johann Meinhard von Leyen zu Idstein, Vizedom zu Mainz und Oberamtmann zu Idstein. Der Rest ist alljährlich mit 100 fl. auf Ostern abzuzahlen. Z.: Dr. jur. Heinrich Faber, kurmainzischer Rat, Georg Bechtoldt, Wilhelm Campis, Theobald Stram, Franz Will und Bastian Riedt.

The Bundeszentralkartei (BZK) is the central register of the federal government and federal states for completed compensation proceedings. When a claim is entered into the BZK, a number is assigned for unique identification. This BZK number refers to a compensation claim, not to a person. If a person has made several claims (e.g. for themselves and for relatives), each claim generally has its own BZK number.
