Vor Johan Bischopinck, Richter in der Stadt Münster, verkauft der Priester Berndt Reidegelt (Redegelt) auf dem Wege des Erbkaufs für eine Summe Geldes an den Münsterschen Bürger Wilhelm Holzapfel (holtappell) und Kunneke seine Ehefrau ein vorm Ludgeritor (buten sunte Ludgeri porten) gelegenes Feld (kamp), das an dem großen Bohlweg (groten Bolwege) in Richtung des Waltkotten (schot vp den valtkotten) zwischen dem Land des Dechants zu St. Ludgeri und dem der Familie von dem Rodeleven (Rodeleweschen) liegt. Verkäufer und Bürgen geloben Währschaft und der Richter kündigt sein Siegel an.
