Enthält: Propst Conrad, Dechant Hermann, Scholaster Ecbert und das ganze Kapitel von St. Mauritz bekunden die Errichtung einer Kapelle auf dem Friedhof am Graben zwischen dem Mauritz- und dem Hörstertor durch Bischof Ludwig. Bürgermeister und Schöffen der Stadt Münster verpflichten sich zu einer jährlichen Zahlung von 8 Mark. Ihnen werden das Patronats- und das Präsentationsrecht, dem Dechanten von St. Mauritz das Investiturrecht für den Rektor der Kapelle zugesprochen. Wenn der Rektor nicht binnen eines Jahres Priester wird, sollen Dechant und Kapitel von St. Mauritz einen anderen einsetzen. Der Rektor soll die empfangenen Opfergaben alle zwei Wochen dem Dechant von St. Mauritz aushändigen und, wenn immer möglich, besonders aber an den hohen Festtagen, am Chor von St. Mauritz teilnehmen. Angehängte Siegel: Bischof Ludwig, Kapitel von St. Mauritz, Propst Conrad, Dechant Hermann, Scholaster Ecbert und Stadt Münster.
