Fallbeschreibung: Beide Parteien hatten im Prozeß Nr. 0419 den Kaufmann Johann Bahlmann vertreten. Kl. hat sein Honorar von 13 Rtlr 33 s dafür noch nicht erhalten und fordert es vom Bekl., da es üblich ist, daß der Anwalt es vom Mandaten eintreibt. Kl. bittet das Tribunal um ein entsprechendes Mandat mit Zahlungsaufforderung binnen 3 Tagen bei Strafe der Vollstreckung. Das Tribunal erläßt das Mandat am 25.09. mit 3wöchiger Zahlungsfrist. Am 30.09. wehrt sich Bekl. gegen die Forderung, erklärt, Bahlmann habe ihn selbst noch nicht bezahlt und bittet das Tribunal, Kl. an Bahlmann zu verweisen. Das Gericht fordert Bekl. am 01.10.1754 zur Stellungnahme auf, weiteres erhellt nicht.
