Regest: Vor dem Gografen Ludolpf Estinghausen leihen in Gegenwart von Bernhardt Gröning, Küster und Hermann Henrichs von Werden auf dem Kirchhof zu Oelde Christian Ertmann und Rotger Flaßkamp, Bürgermeister zu Oelde, und Johann Schwenger, Peter Steinbick und Jürgen Bon, Provisoren des Kirchspiels Oelde, und Kaspar Groning, Johann Ost, Heinrich Sobbcke, Nikolaus Erdtlandt, Johann Wormbsperg, Menso Reckmann, Otto Evelslo, Stephan Schulte Weppelmann, Johann Prael, Hermann Lückenhoff, Menso Kettlinghauß, Jakob Weppelmann, Gerdt Kersting, Friedrich Seleker, Antonius Winekenhoff, Hermann Muckermann, Adrian Melchers, Heinrich Ahrends, Kaspar Northauß, Everhardt Rinckenroth, Menso Greßhoff, Eingesessene des Wigbolds und Kirchspiels Oelde von Hermann Schulte genannt Runden und seiner Frau Katharina Popelo zu Oelde 400 Reichstaler, die sie zur Abzahlung rückständiger hessischer Kontributionen nach Lippstadt zahlen müssen. Dafür werden die Eheleute von allen Abgaben, Schatzungen, Kontributionen u.ä. befreit, besonders das ihrer beiden Häuser zu Oelde neben Kaspar Reidt und Andreas Volmer, das sie nicht bewohnen; ausgenommen davon sind die Feuerschatzungen. Ankündigung des Gogerichtssiegels.
Pergament (45:30 cm); anhängendes Siegel vom Pergamentstreifen ist ab. Unterschriften: Jürgen von Nagel, Droste, Dietrich von Gahlen(?) Frantz de Wendt zu Möhler, Lubertus Kulmann, Pastor, und Conrad Borcholt Gerichtsschreiber. Die Urkunde ist durch Schnitte kassiert.
