Vor Herman Koeder, Gograf im Gogerichtsbezirk Santwelle (Veste van Sandwelle) des Bischofs von Münster, verkaufen Diderick Strick Bellertynck (zu Bellering) und seine Ehefrau Elseke sowie ihre Kinder Godeke, Arndt, Coirt, Hermann und Lyse auf dem Wege des Erbkaufs dem Lambert Vuerboters ihr Erbe und Gut Johanning (Johannynck) im Kirchspiel Holtwick beim Kirchhof (by dem kerckhove) mit allem Zubehör und einem Spieker, ebenfalls auf dem Kirchhof gelegen, für eine Summe Geldes. Der verkaufte Hof ist im Volleigentum (dorselachtigen egenen erves) der Verkäufer, die Währschaft geloben und setzen als Pfand den Hof Overhagen (over haghen) vor Coesfeld im Kirchspiel St. Jacobi, Bauerschaft Flamschen (vlameshem) ein. Richter, Verkäufer und Koernoten kündigen ihre Siegel an.
