Vor dem Offizialat des Hofes zu Münster bekennen die Eheleute Berndt Tyeman, Sohn des verstorbenen Johann Tyeman und seiner Frau Anna, und seine Ehefrau Elske, dass Berndt Tyeman von seiner Mutter einen stattlichen Heiratspfennig zur Ehesteuer bekommen hat, da seine Frau zuvor schon verheiratet war, und zwar mit der Auflage, dass der Betrag nach dem Ableben der Mutter wieder zur übrigen Erbmasse zur gerechten Verteilung geschlagen werden sollte. Berndt Tyeman einigt sich mit Schwager und Schwester Goddert und Catharina Specht dahingehend, dass er ihnen seinen Anteil bereits jetzt für eine vereinbarte Summe Geldes überschreibt und gleichzeitig auf seinen Erbteil aus dem Haus, Hausrat et cetera verzichtet.
