Kanonikus und Offizial zu Köln und "Persoen" zu Fischeln ihren eingeiefert habe 320 Malter Hafer aus de nJahren 1521 - 1523, wovon sie 200 Malter für 100 Gulden verkauft, und dafür eine Rente von 5 Gulden zu Beschaffen gelobt haben, für eine Donnerstagsmesse mit der profundis und Kollekten. Von den übrigen 120 Maltern soll eine Rente von 3 1/2 Gulden für ein Jahrgedächtnis für Martin von Oedt beschafft werden. Für den Fall der Vernachlässigung dieser Messen, sollen die Renten an das Hospital zu Kempen fallen.
