Finkenberg, Hof in der Herrschaft Wickrath im Kirchspiel Berg, dessen Länderei zum Teil auch bei Odenkirchen und im Amt Grevenbroich zu Neukirchen gelegen; ein Lehen der Mannkammer Caster. 1593 wurde Wilhelm von Kintzweiler zu Modersheim belehnt und besaß den Hof 1616 pro indiviso mit Daem von Aleffen und Sophia von Zours. 1618 wurde der halbe Hof den Eheleuten Koppertz in antichresis gegeben. Während des 17. Jahrhunderts wurde der Hof vielfältig zersplittert und kam großenteils in den Besitz der Erben Grevenbroick. 1733 hatte Johann Gisberts Zelst, 1741 die Mayarinn de Laer, und 1769 der Med.
