Landvogtei bzw. Palais des Herzogs Heinrich von Württemberg
Später (ca. um 1855/60) wurde in dieses Gebäude (Grüner Hof 5) die Kreisregierung, nachdem sie zuerst im Deutschhaus untergebracht war, verlegt.
Blick von der Dreifaltigkeitskirche auf die Ostseite des Gebäudes. Der erhöhte Mittelrisalit mit Mansardwalmdach und Frontispiz stammt aus der Enstehungszeit um 1772. 1808 wurden die Seitenflügel erhöht und die Front mit einer Auffahrt versehen. 1951 wurde der Grüne Hof 5, nachdem er im Krieg stark beschädigt war, ganz abgerissen.
