Die Wahl des Bundespräsidenten am Mittwoch - ein Denkzettel für die Regierung Merkel. Im ersten Wahlgang patzte sie: 44 Stimmen aus dem Regierungslager fehlten dessen Kandidaten Christian Wulff. Dafür erhielt Joachim Gauck, Kandidat von SPD und Grünen, mehr Stimmen als beide Parteien Vertreter in der Bundesversammlung hatten. Auch im zweiten Wahlgang reichte es nicht für Christian Wulff. Erst im dritten konnte er sich durchsetzen und wird der zehnte Bundespräsident Deutschlands.
Es war mehr als ein Betriebsunfall für die Regierung Merkel. Was heißt das für die politische Arbeit, was für die Akteure in Berlin, was für Baden-Württemberg?

The Bundeszentralkartei (BZK) is the central register of the federal government and federal states for completed compensation proceedings. When a claim is entered into the BZK, a number is assigned for unique identification. This BZK number refers to a compensation claim, not to a person. If a person has made several claims (e.g. for themselves and for relatives), each claim generally has its own BZK number. Often, the file number of the respective compensation authority is used as the BZK number.

This number is important for making an inquiry to the relevant archive.
