Enthält: In dem Prozess, der bereits seit Januar geführt wird, geht es offensichtlich um Gelder, die aus früheren Jahren noch dem Stift St. Martinus zustehend, und die Propst und Dekan jetzt von Heinrich Beyenburg einfordern. Das geht aus einer Aufstellung von Restanten (d. h. die ausstehenden Zahlungen) aus Mödrath aus den Jahren 1712-1714 hervor, die den Akten beigefügt ist. Die überlieferten Aktenverzeichnisse hingegen zeigen zwar genau den Verlauf des Verfahrens und benennen die eingereichten Schriftstücke samt den Nummern der Beilagen, sagen aber nichts über deren Inhalt aus. Zum Prozess ist daher nur festzuhalten, dass die erste Inrotulation zur Aktenversendung am 21.3.1736 zu einem Interlocut, d. h. einem Bei-Urteil in einem Nebenpunkt der Klage, führte. Die Hauptsache wurde weiterverhandelt und sollte am 27.7. mit Inrotulation abgeschlossen werden. Anscheinend wandte sich dann eine Partei an den Amtmann, der versuchte, doch noch eine gütliche Einigung zu erreichen. Dies scheiterte offenbar trotz der mündlichen Intervention des Amtmann bei Propst und Dekan, die der Anwalt des Stifts Dr. Schmitz vermittelt hatte. Was der Amtmann am 22.11. schließlich dekretierte, ist leider nicht überliefert.

When a claim is entered into the BZK, a number is assigned for unique identification. This BZK number refers to a compensation claim, not to a person.
