Enthält: zwei Hefte im DIN A5-Format mit eingelegten Zetteln. Bei den Texten in beiden Heften handelt es sich um Exzerpte aus Vorsokratischen Texten in griechischer Sprache. OB 2-12a-1 enthält Exzerpte aus Anaximander, Xenophanes, Heraklit, Alkmeion, Parmenides, Zenon, Melissos und Anaxagoras. Verschiedentlich finden sich am Rande hs. Annotationen, meistens in deutscher Sprache. Ein Zettel mit Stellenangaben zu Heraklit ist beigelegt. OB 2-12b-1 enthält Exzerpte aus Anaxagoras, Diogenes Apollonius, Philolaos, Archytas, Zeno und dem Bericht des Eudemos über Hippokrates von Chios. Vor allem die Exzerpte aus Archytax, Zeno und dem Eudemos-Bericht sind stark annotiert. Möglicherweise sind diese Annotationen einige Jahre nach Entstehung des Haupttextes eingefügt. 12 Blätter sind lose eingelegt. Sie enthalten Notizen zur antiken Mechaniklehre und Exzerpte aus einschlägigen mathematikhistorischen Darstellungen. Ein beidseitig beschriebenes Blatt enthält Notizen aus einer Vorlesung von Martin Heidegger über Logik im Sommersemester 1944.
