Berning (vertreten durch Prokurator Konrad Hülsbusch). Streit wegen eines Brunnens, an dem Kläger und für sein Hinterhaus der Beklagte berechtigt sind. Der Beklagte nimmt ein Recht daran auch in Anspruch für ein Haus, das er ex discussione Mumme olim Albert Wulfferts angekauft hat. Kläger behauptet: Albert Wulfert habe auf das Recht an dem Brunnen zu Gunsten seiner Rechtsvorgänger Herman Weddepoel und Katharina Nüse verzichtet. Albert Wulffert war verheiratet mit Gertrud Bischoping. Das Haus des Beklagten stößt an Wassermans Haus. Am 13. 11. 1635 findet ein Scheffentag (Ortsbesichtigung) statt durch den Lic. Hinrich Timmerscheidt und die Scheffen Henrich Meinertz und Wilhelm Otterstedde. Erwähnt werden M. Melchior Haverkamp, M. Johan Gyse, Herman Plonies, Anton Brümmer und Herman Wischman.
