Enthält: 30. Heinrich Dyckhoff und Clara Hoppe, Eheleute und Bürger zu Telgte, sind dem Offizial des münsterischen kirchlichen Hofgerichts Dr. jur. Bernhard Bolen aufgrund einer Obligation von 1685 Ian. 1 mit 108 Rt. verhaftet. Zur Abzahlung dieser Schuld zedieren sie diesem eine auf Propst und Kloster Cappenberg sprechende Obligation über 150 Rt., die früher auf 250 Rt. lautete (Wovon bereits 100 Rt. eingelöst sind). Der Zessionar hat laut Vereinbarung in den folgenden lehren 1692, 1693 und 1694 jeweils auf Michaelis (29. Sept.) vom Kloster Cappenberg 50 Rt. zu bekommen, insbesondere aufgrund der Transaktionsurkunde, die da beginnt: Heinrich Dyckhoff als Erbe des verstorbenen Vikars zu Werne, Johannes Hoppe, und datiert den 26. Februar 1691 gez. Hermann von Ketteler, Propst zu Cappenberg und Heinrich Dickhoff. Der Zessionar Dr. Bolen gibt hierauf den Eheleuten Dickhoff die oben erwähnte Übligation von 1685 und Weitere 50 Rt. in bar heraus. Geschehen im Hause des Notars [Langen] zu Telgte auf der Dyckstraße im Beisein des Caspar Schrnemann und Dirick Schumacher.
