Vermerke (Urkunde): (Voll-) Regest: Die verordneten Gerichtsleute, Schultheiß und Richter des Regiments verurteilen sechs namentlich genannte Soldaten des Regiments zur Todesstrafe durch Erhängen. Die Soldaten sind trotz dreifacher Aufforderung nicht erschienen und werden aufgrund der Anklage des Profosses des Regiments, Hermann Hesse, wegen Diebstahl des Soldes, Eidbruch und Fahnenflucht verurteilt. Da das Urteil wegen Abwesenheit der Angeklagten nicht vollstreckt werden kann, darf jeder, der der nunmehr Rechtlosen habhaft wird, diese an einem Baum aufhängen.

When a claim is entered into the BZK, a number is assigned for unique identification. This BZK number refers to a compensation claim, not to a person.
