Enthält: Fleige hat von Johan Schmedding ein Darlehen von 50 Rthl. erhalten; dafür hat sich Johan Engelberts (Engelberding) verbürgt. Schmedding hat die Forderung an den Kläger abgetreten. Blasius Wichartz hat später anstelle des Engelbert Bürgschaft übernommen. Ranstrup war in I. Ehe mit einer Tochter des Wichartz verheiratet und wird offenbar als Erbe in Anspruch genommen.
Darin: Anlagen in Abschrift: 1. am 24.4. 1604 erhalten die Eheleute Temmo und Margarete Fleige von Johan Schmedding ein Darlehen von 50 Th. und verpfänden ihr Haus auf dem Bült zwischen Häusern des Johan Eilers und Arndt Schwarte. Bürgschaft übernehmen die Eheleute Johan und Anna Engelberts, welche ihr Haus auf dem Bült Zwischen Häusern des Henrich Kerckhoff und Herman Rost verpfänden. Zeugen: Henrich tho Delstrup und Henrich Schostenfegger. 2. Am 26.10. 1614 übernehmen die Eheleute Blasius und Elsa Wichartz anstelle von Engelberts dem Johan Heselman gegenüber Bürgschaft und verpfänden ihr Haus auf der Grönen Stigge zwischen Häusern des Berndt Ranstrupf und Berndt Bocholt.
