Enthält: Abschrift von 1763: Bürgermeister und Rat der Stadt Münster bestätigen die Errichtung einer Vikarie im Hospital zur Wieck, da die Einwohner aufgrund diverser Pestseuchen und Krankheiten die Parrochialkirche Überwasser nicht erreichen können. Stifter sind Engelbert van der Wieck sowie die Brüder Gerhardus, Bertoldus und Johannes Cleyhorst. Der einzustellende Vikar soll in besagtem Haus an einem Tragaltar für die Armen und Kranken drei Mal wöchentlich sowie am Vorabend der vier Hochfeste die Messe lesen - und zwar ohne Vorabsprache mit der Parrochialkirche, solange bis ein fester Altar errichtet ist. Erster Benefiziant ist Wolterus Goer, dessen Präsentation bei den Gebrüdern Cleyhorst liegen soll. Unmittelbar danach soll das Präsentationsrecht auf den Rat übergehen. Stadtsiegel.
