Enthält: 14. August 1393: Gherd van der Tye genannt Vullebrok und seine Frau Dayke kaufen von Grete, Witwe des Herman Dudinch genannt der Bartscher, und ihrem Sohn, dem Priester Gherde, eines ihrer Häuser, in dem die Käufer derzeit leben. Dafür müssen sie "den heren und capitele van den olden dome" jährlich auf ewig 6 den. und 3 s. geben sowie "dre veringe" Wortgeld zahlen. Die Verkäufer aber behalten "dat luttike hus", in dem sie selbst wohnen, und zwar "mit den rume dar achter beleghen wente an den utersten ord des steynwerkes des vorgenanten ghekoften huses". Außerdem behalten sie einen Teil des Gartens, einen Keller unter dem "steynwerke", einen "waterwech to unsen zode" sowie 5 M jährlicher Leibzucht-Rente ("lyftuches rente"), halb zu Ostern und Michaelis anfallend, solange sie oder einer von beiden lebe. Nach ihrem Tode erhalten die Käufer Garten und Keller, Rente und "waterwech" fallen fort. Die Verkäufer behalten außerdem "Stinen, Hinrikes dochter des smedes lyve, de wile ze levet, dat luttike vorhuys, beleghen by den valde vor unsen ghekoften huse vorgenant, to erren huys wart". Nach ihrem Tode fällt es an den Käufer. Zeugen: Cord Leyffordes, Johan Vullebrok, Werner de armborsteyr.
