Auf sein Ansuchen ist er mit seiner Hausfrau, die das Bürgerrrecht der Stadt Geislingen Gebrauch und Ordnung nach zu erlangen nicht in Vermögen hatte +), zu Beiwohner und Beiwohnerin in Geislingen angenommen worden. Ihre Tochter Cathrina Gebhart ist in Oxenhausen geboren. Ihr wie ihren Eltern wird einwandfreier Lebenswandel bezeugt.
