Juni 1531: Vor dem Stadtrichter Herman Schenckinck überlassen Hinryck Modersone, "tor tyd olderman van den gylden", und seine Frau Gerdruth dem Ludger ton Bryncke und Bernde van der Tynnen als Provisoren und dem Gerhardusze tom Belhuse als Amtmann des Hospitals ihren Venthes-Kamp vor dem Frauentor vor dem Liebfrauentor am Coesfelderweg zwischen Knipperdollings und Holtappels Kämpen. Das Land ist mit 4 Scheffel Roggen und 4 Scheffel Gerste an die Domburse belastet. Sie erhalten dafür den Kamp Badenroth gegenüber der Probstei St. Mauritz zwischen Kämpen des Bernd van der Wyck und der Smithjohannschen, ferner 2 Stücke Land im Dale, genannt "de Deypenkorn" neben dem Land des + Bertold Bischopinck zu Telgte.
