Vermerke (Urkunde): (Voll-) Regest: Die Wüstung zu Eltmannsee [Stadtteil von Waldkappel, Werra-Meißner-Kr.] zu Mannlehen. Der 1540 Belehnte hat die Wüstung mit Zustimmung des Landgrafen von Hessen für 200 Gulden, jeder Gulden zu 27 Albus gerechnet, von Burkhard von Hundelshausen gekauft. Zuvor war die Wüstung vom Landgrafen von Hessen dem genannten Burkhard von Hundelshausen verpfändet worden. Ehemals gehörte die Wüstung dem Kloster Cornberg. Wenn der 1540 Belehnte vor seiner Ehefrau, Elisabeth geborener von Baumbach, verstirbt, ohne männliche Nachkommen zu hinterlassen, soll die Ehefrau die Wüstung als Leibgeding erhalten. Nach ihrem Tod kann der Landgraf das Lehen gegen Zahlung von 200 Gulden wieder einlösen.
