Er kam zwei Mal ins Gefängnis und stellte Urfehdbriefe aus, die er jedoch nicht einhielt. Wegen erneuter "widerwertigkait" kam er abermals ins Gefängnis, aus dem er jetzt auf Fürbitte seiner Ehefrau Anna Müller und der Verwandten wieder freigelassen wird. Er leistet erneut Urfehde und verspricht, im Streit über eine verwirkte Strafe vor denen von Ravensburg oder Jörg Truchseß von Waldburg Recht zu nehmen. Als Bürgen für eine Strafe von 50 lb d stellt er Hans Haider von Legau, Hans Müller von Dietmanns, Hans Fry, Hans Käris, Jörg und Hans Müller von Ausnang, Konrad Schäffenler aus dem Byschlecht (=Beyschlechts), Matthias und Jörg Schäffenler vom Raggen.
