Die zehn Acker hatte Georg Diede 1587 von Marie von Herda als Ersatz für das Burglehen gegenüber der St. Nikolauskirche zu Eschwege gekauft und dem Landgrafen von Hessen als Mannlehen aufgetragen. Das Burglehen hatten die Diede mit Zustimmung des Landgrafen von Hessen an Dr. med. Johann Gottfried Beuter verkauft.
