Von 1914-1925 war Allgeier 1. Kameramann der Freiburger Berg- und Sportfilm GmbH und drehte zusammen mit Dr. Arnold Fanck als Regisseur zahlreiche Bergfilme (u.a. Das Wunder des Schneeschuhs, 1919/20). Danach war er für die UFA und andere Filmgesellschaften bei zahlreichen Spielfilmen im Bergsteiger- und Heimatmilieu als Kameramann tätig. Zu den Regisseuren zählten u.a. Georg Wilhelm Papst, Luis Trenker und Leni Riefenstahl. Zu den bekanntesten zählen zweifelsohne "Die weiße Hölle vom Piz Palü" (Regie Dr. Anold Fanck und Georg Wilhelm Papst) 1929, "Berge in Flammen" (Regie Luis Trenker) 1931 und "Der Rebell" (Regie Luis Trenker und Kurt bernhardt), 1932.
The Bundeszentralkartei (BZK) is the central register of the federal government and federal states for completed compensation proceedings. When a claim is entered into the BZK, a number is assigned for unique identification. This BZK number refers to a compensation claim, not to a person. If a person has made several claims (e.g. for themselves and for relatives), each claim generally has its own BZK number. Often, the file number of the respective compensation authority is used as the BZK number.
