Beschreibung: Schuldbrief des Rates für die Montanerburse zu Köln über 500 rheinische Goldgulden.Bürgermeister, Rat und gemeine Bürgerschaft der Stadt Geseke verkaufen zur Abtragung der bei Jorgen Gevekoten zu Minden aufgenommenen Gesamtschulden an Herrn Gualtherus Xylander, Doktor der Hl. Schrift, Dompriester und Kanoniker zu Köln und Regens der Bursa Montis, für 500 ganze, vollgeltende rheinische Goldgulden eine jährlich am Feste Gregorii fällige Erbrente von 25 Goldgulden und setzen zum Pfand 40 Morgen der städtischen gemeinen Weide zu Stockmahn (!). Bei Säumigkeit in der Zahlung erhöhen sich die Zinsen auf 6 Goldgulden vom Hundert der Hauptsumme. Rückkauf jährlich mit halbjähriger Kündigungsfrist vorbehalten. Urschr. (dt.), Pergament
