Grundstücksverkauf und Präsentation eines Schöffen
Enthält: Jungfer Maria Elisabeth Pier verkauft an Jungfer Maria Theresia Pier eine Reihe von Grundstücken in und um Kerpen und Langenich (sie werden genau aufgezählt), von denen Teile zu einem Schöffenlehen gehören, für 2500 Rtlr à 80 Albus. Das Kaufgeld soll je zur Hälfte in Louisd'or (französische Goldtalermünze) und in Kopfstücken (Geldmünze im Reich) zu 17 Albus 4 Hellern gezahlt, dazu ein Verzichtgeld (Anerkennung für die Grundstücksaufgabe) von 100 Tlr à 53 Albus 4 Hellern entrichtet werden. Die Zahlung soll zur Hälfte zu Dreikönig (6.1.) und zur anderen Hälfte zu Ostern des folgenden Jahres 1754 erfolgen. Die Kosten für die Enterbung und Erbung (d. h. für den Eintrag der Grundstücksübertragung in den Büchern und damit die gerichtliche Beglaubigung) wollen sich die beiden Seiten teilen. Die Verkäuferin haftet für den ordnungsgemäßen Verkauf, und der Vertrag wird mit dem gewöhnlichen Weinkauf und Zahlung des Gotteshellers am 4.12.1753 beschlossen. Zeugen: Lazarus Dauben und Johann Gusten. Für die zum Schöffenlehen gehörigen Teile ist die Käuferin verpflichtet, einen Schöffen an das Kerpener Gericht zu bestellen. Sie schlägt Peter Rieff vor und bittet, ihn anzunehmen und zuzulassen (10.12.1753).
