Enthält: Der Rechtsstreit ist in einem Hofgericht anhängig an den Stadtrichter Lic. Johan Wesselinck. Der Beklagte hat zusammen mit seinem Schwager Johan Suthoff den Rat in Rheine beleidigt und bedroht, wurde in Rheine gefangen gesetzt und gegen Urfehde freigelassen. Richtschein darüber wird vorgelegt. Er hat die Urfehde gebrochen, indem er Drohbriefe schrieb. Als Zeugen wurden in Münster vernommen die Gerichtsboten Jaspar Rockener und Johan Swarte, sowie der Kaufmann Johan Kremer junior aus Rheine, 32 J. alt. Durch den Richter Gerdt Kremer in Rheine werden vernommen 1. Kannengießer Johan Kannegeiter, 40 J. alt; 2. Glasmacher Tonnies Degener, 41 J. alt, 3. Pelzer Bernt Kevenbrinck (Kiffenbrinck), 52 J. alt; Schneider Gert Schroder gen. Bartscherer, 52 J. alt; Zimmerman Gilbert Timmerman, geb. in Plantlünne, 50 J. alt; 6. Schmied Johan Smit, 30 J. alt; Schuster Hinrik Coerdes, 60 J. alt.
