Darin: Beiliegender Zettel (18.Jh.): Vergleich zwischen den Eheleuten Everdt Joddefeld und den zeitlichen Herren Provisoren des Hospitalis ad S. Mariam Magdalenam in betref des disputirlich gemachten waßergangs zu dem auf der eheleute Joddefeld grund an der hollenbecker straßen gelegen brunnen de anno 1565.
Enthält: Samstag nach Cantate 1565: Evert Joddefelt und Frau Else an der Hollenbeckerstraße räumen gegen Zahlung dem Johan Haernebrock und Frau Katharina, die vom Hospital ein Haus auf derselben Straße gekauft haben, das Recht ein, ihren Brunnen zu benutzen. Bis dahin benutzten diese den Brunnen des Herman Jonas dem Jüngeren. Hiermit ist ein Streit zwischen Joddefeldt und Jonas beendet. An dem Vergleich nehmen Teil die Provisoren des Hospitals Hinrik Moderson und Jürgen Bispinck, ferner als Tagsfreunde (Zeugen), Kämmerer Johan Overhagen (Averhagen), Ratherr Johan Joddefeldt und Johann Ridder.
