Vor dem Offizialat des Hofes zu Münster verkauft Anneke Vrye, Tochter des verstorbenen Berndth Vrye und seiner Ehefrau Catharine, und mit ihr ihr Bruder und Mumbar Berndt Vrye den Eheleuten Johann und Anna Northwolde, Bürger der Stadt Münster, 2 ihrer Häuser und Höfe, das große das Sterne- und das kleine das Lindthoffs-Haus genannt, in Münster im St. Lamberti-Kirchspiel am Fischmarkt zwischen Häusern des verstorbenen Gerdth Deken und des verstorbenen Johann Roth, die folgendermaßen belastet sind: 1 1/2 Gulden und 1 Gulden und 2 Mark und 2 Mark jährliche Pension zu verschiedenen Terminen an die Werdische Frau und Kloster zu St. Ilien (Aegidii) in Münster.
