Enthält: Die beiden "alten Leute" Johann Keymer und Christina Drecks, Eheleute, tun ihren Anspruch kund auf die Erbgüter ihres +Schwagers Peter Mercken und ihrer +Nichte Catharina Drecks, die die beiden zu Lebzeiten gekauft haben, sowie auf den Kindteil der Catharina in Kerpen an der Bach. Diese Güter hat Peter Mercken z. T. an Steffen Gymnich und Hans Heinrich Schieffer erbverkauft, z. T., nachdem Catharina ohne direkte Nachkommen verstorben war, als Leibzüchter genossen. Das Kerpener Gericht soll nun veranlassen, dass die Erbgüter von Peter und Sibilla Mercken unter deren Erben und ihnen aufgeteilt werden und drei Viertel Herbstbenden und die verkauften Erbbauplätze ihnen ganz eingeräumt werden sollen. Sie berufen sich auf das Jülicher Recht, wonach Stockgüter (d. h. ererbte Güter) an die nächsten Verwandten fallen und erworbene Güter in zwei gleiche Teile geteilt werden sollen.
