Inhalt: Wigel, Abt von Reinhardsbrunn ("Rynhartsborn"), Johannes von Smyre, Prior, Nikolaus von Lyna grasse, Kellner, Theodericus Wenczenberg, Kämmerer und Holzfürster, Guntherus Gerhard, Sangmeister, Heinricus Kulstete, Küster und der ganze Konvent des Klosters Reinhardsbrunn verkaufen Hartunge von Molsleuben, Bürger zu Erfurt 3 Talent Pfennige, 8 Schillingspfennige, 4 Hühner jährlichen Erbzinses an Fluren und Feldern zu Hopfgarten ("Hophgarten") [w Weimar], an Weingärten, Ortäckern und Hufen für 78 rheinischen Gulden und 20 alte Meissner Groschen, nämlich für je 1 Talent 23 rheinischen Gulden, wofür andere Zinsen zu Dornburg ("dornbch") für das Kloster gekauft worden sind. Völliger Verzicht des Klosters an allen Rechten. Die Zinsen sind zahlbar zu St. Andreastag. Zeugen: Ditherich Holzhusen, Offizial der Propstei und Domherr am Marienstift zu Erfurt.
