Thomae, die Erwerbungs Urkunde des Hauses des Johann Hovemann, welche nun an genannte Vicarie kommt, de 1475, liegt bei. [Rückvermerk:] XIII, No. 323.
Enthält: Vor Domdechant und Domkapitel tauschen Berndt Houeman, Rektor und Inhaber der Vikarie in der Gerwekamer des Doms, und Johannes Houemann, Kanonikus in Dülmen, das Haus mit der darauf lastenden Rente, gelegen bei der Aegidiikirche gegenüber der Küsterei bei des verstorbenen Hinrick Budelmeckers und hinter des verstorbenen Johannes Dreyers Haus, das im Jahr 1475 von den Testamentsvollstreckern der verstorbenen Elzeke Visscher der genannten Vikarie übergeben worden ist, gegen das Haus mit der darauf lastenden Rente, gelegen in der Rosendaels Steghe zwischen des verstorbenen Berndt Kopperslegers und Meister Johannes Staels des Stickers Haus, das im Jahr 1512 durch Templerer und Kirchenrat der Liebfrauenkirche aus dem Erbe der verstorbenen Anna Bucke, genannt Dyckhus, dem Johann Houemann verkauft worden ist. Auch die Urkunden über den Erwerb der Häuser werden ausgetauscht.
